Anybody with a computer can see what you post online. This may include negative posts, positive posts, or anything else that you choose to post. If a co-worker or your boss were to see a negative post towards a person, business, or litterally anything, there could be consequences. I believe that what an employer finds on social media should be grounds for firing an employee. If the employee posts something that negatively puts somebody down or shows them doing something wrong or illegal, then it is absolutely acceptable for them to be fired. If somebody who was going to visit or buy something from the business had seen the post by the person, they may think badly of the business and not want to purchase their products. They could then spread this information and essentially cause the business to get less production. This is why it is acceptable for somebody to get fired over what they post online.
