Should Bystanders Be Up Standers?

A popular question in today's society is should bystanders have the responsibility to intervene when there is trouble. The answer to this yes, bystanders should absolutely have the responsibility to intervene when trouble occurs. I believe that if somebody is being bullied or hurt, then the people watching should step in and help to stop the fighting. I think that this is there responsibility because there may not be an adult around. If there is an adult around, then it would be the adult's job to help seperate the fighting.
